1982 Gibson Les Paul Standard - Tobacco Burst - w/ Original Case

For your consideration, a super clean 1982 Gibson Les Paul Standard! 

Norlin-era Les Pauls have shot up in price over the last few years, and we expect that trend to continue, especially on really clean examples, like this one. Finding an early 80's Les Paul without a list of modifications and excuses is becoming hard to do! 

This is a one-owner guitar, with low miles. There aren't many signs of use, just very light playwear in the typical places. The guitar is 100% original, with no mods, no repairs, and no abuse! The neck is straight, the truss rod works in both directions, and the frets have barely any signs of use. All electronic components are original and function perfectly. No crackly knobs, no static, and healthy pickups!  There is a tiny bit of belt rash on the rear, but it is just in the top coats and not through the finish into the wood. It's hard to even see in the photos! The finish is vibrant all-over, and doesn't appear to have faded at all. You can tell this was kept in the case! Our in-house Gibson-authorized repair shop just gave this one a complete setup and fresh strings. The action is low, and the intonation is fantastic. This one is a little on the heavier side at 10 lbs and 7 oz, but still tolerable to play with a strap. The original cable and a period-correct pack of strings are included, as is the original chainsaw case. No missing latches!
