Check out this old archtop acoustic!

We aren't certain what make or model this one is.... it feels European in construction, similar to the Framus models from this era, and this would make sense as we acquired it in a pile of Framus guitars. There are no headstock markings, and the headstock is shaped like a Framus, but backwards. We can't find anything like it in any of the archived Framus catalogs, so we can't say for certain that they built it. 15" wide body, 3.5" deep, with a 24.596" scale length, so it's not a large archtop. The body is laminated construction, fully hollow, with F-holes and a lacquer Sunburst finish full of paint chips. The tailpiece has been replaced. The guitar had a neck reset at some point. It plays well with low action, and there is room left in the bridge if you wanted to lower it further. It is currently strung with light electric strings and they feel nice and slinky.  1 5/8" nut width on a chunky neck. It is fun to play! If you have more info on the make and model, please let us know!
