1972 Fender Vibrolux Reverb Combo - Silverface to Blackface Conversion - 2x10 Tube

You just can't go wrong with an old Vibrolux! It's hard to make them sound bad, and there's a nice punchy sound that you can only get with a pair (or more!) of ten-inch speakers! They cut through the mix nicely, and just work well with every style of music and playing that you would want an old tube combo amp for. This amp has received a "Blackface" conversion to make the signal path more inline with the 1960's Vibrolux version. It has been capped, tubed, and given a grounded 3-prong power cable. The amp sounds fantastic! All controls work as they should and the reverb and tremolo are lush and thick, just like we all want them to be. Cosmetically, the amp appears to have low miles and still has all of its original parts. It's a true classic that has been updated to operate safely and reliably. This amp is stage and studio worthy with no excuses!

A new Fender period-correct-style replacement 2-button footswitch is included. 

Chassis number: A24593, all transformers are original, JJ power tubes and rectifier, and the the preamp tubes are all NOS and premium name brand tubes. No junk here! Speakers are a pair of Mojotone AV10C. Bottom skids have been relocated to the side of the amp for some reason.
