2025 Fender Standard Series - Precision P Bass - Candy Apple Red - Babicz Upgrade
Check out this sweet P Bass!
This is a 2025 Fender Standard Series Precision Bass in Candy Apple Red with a Maple neck and fingerboard. This bass has low miles and you'll have to examine it very closely to even find signs of use. A few upgrades were made.... a $130 Babicz Full-Contact chrome bridge and a $90 set of Leo Quan Badass chrome tuners. Those are some serious hardware upgrades that gave this bass more sustain, more punch, and more reliability. These Standard Series instruments are pretty impressive for the price... and that is a statement that this former Fender employee did not expect to be saying about this series when it was announced. We're impressed. The fit and finish is great and the fretwork is considerably better than expected. It feels substantial in the hands and not wimpy or cheap.
Aside from the tuner and bridge upgrades, this bass is stock. The stock electronics work as they should, and the bass has a straight neck and the truss rod works in both directions. It has been setup with low action and fresh flatwound strings. No case is included.
