1965 Sears Silvertone H1454 w/ Case - Harmony Built
One of the best parts about owning a vintage guitar shop is that really cool stuff just walks through the front door. We've been at this a long time and one thing that really gets us going is when pieces like this super clean 1965 Silvertone H1254 walk in! We actively look for these and typically see only 2-3 of the triple pickup/6-knob guitars a year, and it is very rare that one this original and clean shows up. The only changed piece on this whole instrument is one pickup mounting screw and the Bigsby spring. A single screw that most people would not even notice and a spring, that's it. It is truly a survivor! The neck is straight, the truss rod works, and the guitar shows no signs of abuse. All controls and switches have been flushed and work as they should. The guitar plays fantastic and has an impressive range of sounds. If you haven't ever played one of these, they are more substantial feeling in the hands that the cheaper Silvertone models. It's dripping in mojo, just look at it!
A nice case is included.
