For your consideration, a 1986 PRS Custom 24. We are PRS people, so you can understand how stoked we get anytime an old one walks in. This one is from 1986, just the second year of PRS production, and only 540 guitars were built before it. That alone is enough to get our attention, but this one also has all the things that make these early Custom 24s so special.

Killer flame top, great Cherryburst finish, bird inlays, and a Sweet Switch. It is the right recipe. This one is 100% original with no mods, no excuses, and very low miles for its age. There are only a few minor signs of use and no indicators of abuse. It is clean, it is ready to rock, and it is exactly the kind of guitar that reminds you why early PRS pieces have become so respected by both players and collectors.

The neck is straight, the truss rod works in both directions, the stock electronics sound killer as expected, and it plays fantastic thanks to a fresh setup by our PRS-loving in-house techs. This is a textbook example of what makes the early Custom 24 such an exceptional guitar. The original case is included.
