1930s Del Oro - Stenciled Parlor Guitar - Floral - w/ Case

For your consideration, a sweet little Del Oro Parlor guitar from the stenciled guitar top era!

Compact, colorful, and a ton of fun to play, this Del Oro is ready for its next home. This one is a true survivor and in much better shape than the last 40-50 of these that we have had our hands on. The tuners are original but the buttons may have been replaced a long time ago. They work well. The neck has the right amount of relief at standard tuning. It's playable, and the saddle has plenty of meat left on it to lower the action if you prefer. The bridge has been reglued, There is one tiny crack in the top between the soundhole and the fingerboard extension. It is rigid and not producing unwanted overtones or vibrations when played, so we left it alone. The bridge has been professionally reglued at some point. Wooden bridge pins are likely original. There are a few back cracks that have been sealed shut. You'll probably never find one of these that doesn't have cracks like this. The stenciled Art Deco pickguard and Floral motif are still vibrant. This guitar is a blast to play! An old case is included.
