Mike Lull P4 Bass - Ice Blue Metallic - Brazilian Rosewood w/ Hardshell Case - P

The name Mike Lull is very well respected in the player and luthier communities. The roster of big name players on his resume is pretty wild, and builders appreciate the attention to detail and thoughtful builds. Mike unfortunately passed away not long ago, but the company is still in great hands and continues to churn out fantastic instruments. 

This gorgeous P4 Bass was built by Mike. If you haven't held a P4 yet, you are missing out. It feels like a workhorse standard and familiar P Bass in the hands, but with a bit more sculpting. Everything feels slightly more rounded over, and the sculpting of the heel and lower horn feel great in the hands. The Maple neck has a Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard, like an early 1960s Fender P. The neck is straight, the truss rod works perfectly, and the frets have almost no wear on them. The action is low and the bass has been Plek'd and professionally setup and restrung. Lightweight Hipshot hardware,  straplocks, and shielded cavities make it stage and studio ready. A Lindy Fralin pickup on a parchment pickguard is a homerun on this bass. The Ice Blue Metallic finish is stunning in person. I wish we were better at taking photos because this is really a great looking bass and we aren't doing it any favors! The bass has very low milage and you'll have to look very very closely to seen any signs of use. This bass comes to us from the loving and caring home of a serious player and high-end bass enthusiast. Original hardshell case included.
