Ernie Ball took a step away from their usual formula to bring the Caprice to market. Smaller bodied than a StingRay, and less aggressive sounding because it doesn't have active electronics, the Caprice still has most of the versatility, all of the ease of play, and plenty of attitude like its older siblings. This was a short-lived model that has become increasingly hard to find on the used market. These started out as under-appreciated, but the word is getting out! 

This Caprice is 100% original. A black pickguard has been installed, but the original mint green guard is also included. If you purchase the bass from us and prefer the original guard, let us know, and we'll be happy to swap it out for you. No modifications, no repairs, no abuse, no excuses! Absolutely minimal signs of use on this beauty. The neck is straight, the truss rod works properly, and a complete setup and fresh strings make this a ready-to-rock bass with low action and a fast neck.
