19-watts of screaming tube power, through a Celestion Midnight 60 12" speaker, in a lightly-stained Pine cabinet. Jump the channels for added range, and bask in the lush tube tremolo. The Keno Deluxe '82 is loosely inspired by the Silvertone 1482, which has been called the "poor man's Fender Deluxe" since the 1960s. This amp has quickly become one of the most custom-ordered and most-requested models from Hunter Amplifiers. At only 29 lbs, it is a great size for gigging and rehearsal needs, and a handful of these have ended up as permanent fixtures in recording studios. It just rocks!
This amp is 100% handmade with love, right here in South Central Kentucky! No kits, no head starts. One man builds these from start to finish. He drew the schematic, selected the components, sawed the lumber, etc... That's a rare treat these days!
