2015 Whitfill Custom Guitars - '62 S Relic - Shell Pink - w/ OHSC

For your consideration, a slick S-body Whitfill Relic in Shell Pink!

Built in 2015 by fellow Kentuckian, Charles Whitfill, this custom-ordered Strat features all of the great stuff you expect to find on a fully loaded Whitfill. Familiar Strat body with a Shell Pink over Olympic White heavy relic finish, mint green plastics, thick slab Rosewood fingerboard, tinted neck lacquer and aged hardware. It looks like an old guitar! The guitar has low miles and came to us from a trusted and loving home. It's well-maintained and has spent its like in a climate controlled environment. The neck is straight, the truss rod works in both directions, fretwear is minimal and not affecting intonation or playability. The stock Whifill bridge pickup has been replaced with a Seymour Duncan Lil '59, but the original is included. If you purchase this guitar from us, let us know if you want the original pickup installed and we will do it for no charge. The guitar plays fantastic...typical for a Whitfill. The neck is on the chunkier side, but nothing abnormal for the Fender period it pays tribute to. The original hardshell case is included. Guitar Weight: 7lbs 7oz.
