1982 Gibson Les Paul Custom

For your consideration, an absolutely gorgeous 1982 Gibson Les Paul Custom!

This stunning Les Paul left the factory with both add-on options for the year: the TP-6 adjustable fine-tuner tailpiece, and the "crank" tuners that contain a flip-out string winding aid. So many of the early 1980's Les Paul Customs that had these options ended up having them replaced at some point. We rarely see these pop up for sale with both options intact. This guitar is in 100% original condition with no modifications, upgrades, or repairs. Fretwear is almost non-existent, the neck is straight with no issues, the truss rod works in both directions, there have never been any headstock or neck fractures or repairs. The original Tim Shaw pickups sounds killer! Nothing has ever been unsoldered or replaced. This is one very clean Les Paul Custom! Check out how the lacquer aging over the binding and headstock inlay! This is a fairly rare color on a Custom, especially for the time period. The original "chainsaw" Protector Case is included and in equally awesome condition. This guitar has been setup and restrung in our pro shop.
