What’s better than a classic? Taking the base and making it better, of course, and the 1689 does just that (depending on who you ask, of course). The 1689 takes the best of both worlds from the Klon Centaur and Ibanez Tube Screamer and crams them into one package. It features an internal voltage doubler for huge headroom, clean blend (Which also makes it awesome for bass), and switchable clipping between symmetrical (down) and asymmetrical (up). Country, jazz, blues, rock, and even metal players will find this useful and even indispensable. Also features soft touch relay bypass.
This pedal is a one-off version with GHOSTED grey graphics, exclusive to Cumberland Guitars.
