1974 Gibson L6-S Custom - Natural w/ Hardshell Case

Check out this sweet L6-S from 1974! This one is in player's grade condition... It is a usable guitar at the moment, but it does have some electrical gremlins, which, unfortunately, are common the L6-S models. 

This guitar is in original condition, aside from one replaced speed knob. The pickguard is missing a small piece, the rear control cover has some small missing pieces and a missing screw. The tuners and all other hardware are original. The electronics are original, but have been resolded in a few places. The position selector switch works in three of the positions, but we have not diagnosed to see if it needs to be cleaned or repaired. Honestly, if this were ours to keep, we would wire it up with a 3-way toggle switch, 2x volumes, and a master tone control, but the next owner may want to return it to stock, so we left it as-is. Rewiring and replacing the pickguard would cost less than $200, if you ever wanted to go that route. The neck is straight, fretwear is minimal, the truss rod works in both directions, and a blacklight scan showed no cracks. Low action and the fat sound you expect from one of these!
