2018 Ernie Ball Music Man Stingray Special - Black - w/Gig Bag

For your consideration, a 2018 Ernie Ball Music Man StingRay Special in Black with matte black hardware. We love the StingRay Special. It is versatile without getting complicated, powerful without being clumsy, and still one of the easiest basses to recommend when somebody wants one instrument that can cover a lot of ground.

This one has a particularly slick black-on-black look, and the matte black hardware really suits it. The bass remains 100% original. The neck is straight, the truss rod works in both directions, and fretwear is minimal enough that it does not affect intonation or playability. It has been freshly set up and restrung in our pro shop and is playing great.

There are some normal dings and scratches from use, but nothing that suggests abuse. The most noticeable wear is belt rash on the back of the body. None of it goes through the finish, and overall it still presents very well.
