2018 Fender Custom Shop - Custom Deluxe Telecaster - Graffiti Yellow - w/OHSC

For your consideration, a 2012 Fender Custom Shop Custom Deluxe Telecaster in Graffiti Yellow with the original hardshell case. This was a short-lived Custom Shop option that essentially let dealers order an American Deluxe-style Telecaster with Custom Shop colors, wood choices, and a little extra attention to detail. It is a really cool snapshot of that era of Fender.

This one has a lightweight ash body, a beautiful figured birdseye maple neck, and Twisted Tele pickups. You get all the modern Tele goodness that made the Deluxe models so useful, but with a rarer finish and more interesting wood selection than the standard production versions.

The guitar has super low mileage and essentially no fretwear. The only notable mark on the body is a small paint chip at the neck pocket from the neck being removed at some point. Otherwise, it is exceptionally clean and remains 100% original.

It has been freshly set up and restrung in our shop and is playing beautifully with low action. Graffiti Yellow is not a color we see often, especially on a Custom Shop Tele, and paired with the birdseye neck it makes for a seriously sharp-looking guitar.

The original Fender Custom Shop hardshell case is included along with the certificate, paperwork, and case candy. The case shows some exterior wear and tear from storage, but it is fully functional and has done its job protecting the guitar.
