2011 Fender Blacktop Telecaster MIM HH MN - Black

For your consideration, a 2011 Fender Blacktop Telecaster HH MN in Black. Good work, Fender. The Blacktop Series was a winning combination of specs, and these still make a lot of sense as straightforward, hard-working guitars with a little more muscle than the usual Tele recipe.

This one is all original aside from three holes in the front of the guitar from a previous synth installation. Great news: if you need a synth Tele, you are already off to a strong start. The holes are currently filled with a trio of pickguard-style screws, and honestly, they do not immediately stand out against the all-black finish. They look better than empty holes. Trust us, we tried. You could drop-fill and clean the area up if you really wanted to, but why bother?

The neck is straight, the truss rod works in both directions, and all electronics are working exactly as they should. It has been freshly set up and restrung and is playing great with low action.

No case is included.
